What You’ll Do

  • Own SEO Strategy: Lead and implement scalable SEO strategies that drive qualified traffic and organic growth.
  • Keyword & Content Planning: Research high-value keywords and guide content planning to match search intent.
  • Technical SEO Oversight: Monitor and optimize site structure, crawlability, page speed, and indexation.
  • Performance Analysis: Track rankings, traffic, and conversion data using tools like Google Analytics, Ahrefs, or Semrush.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with content creators, developers, and marketing stakeholders for seamless SEO execution.
  • Mentor the Team: Share best practices and SEO knowledge with peers and junior team members.
  • Keep up with Algorithm Changes: Stay informed on search engine updates and adjust strategies accordingly.

What We Look For

  • Proven SEO Experience: You’ve successfully led SEO initiatives and grown organic traffic at scale.
  • Analytical Thinking: You know how to interpret SEO metrics and translate them into actionable strategies.
  • Hands-on with Tools: You’re confident using Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, etc.
