What You’ll Do
- Office Organization & Efficiency: Support office operations, ensuring organization and order are maintained.
- Managing Communication Flow: Direct phone, email, and meeting traffic effectively, ensuring smooth communication.
- Guest and Meeting Coordination: Greet guests, organize meetings, and prepare necessary materials in advance.
- Document Management: Track and manage incoming and outgoing documents, packages, and correspondence.
- Administrative Support: Assist with office supply procurement and perform administrative tasks assigned by the Administrative Affairs Department.
- Founders’ Schedule Assistance: Monitor and assist with scheduling for the founding team and support planning.
- Personal Support for Founders: Provide assistance with personal requests and tasks for the founding team as required.
What We Look For
- Bachelor’s Degree: Relevant educational background to support your role.
- Experience: At least 2 years in a similar administrative or support role.
- Strong Communication Skills: A professional demeanor with the ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal.
- Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational abilities.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, along with strong computer skills.
- Solution-Oriented & Professional: Ability to adapt to a demanding schedule, make quick decisions, and provide solutions to office needs.
- Confidentiality & Trust: You’ll be entrusted with sensitive tasks, and reliability is key.
- Analytical Mindset: Experience in reporting and tracking processes, with the ability to monitor and improve systems.
- English Proficiency: A B1 level or higher in English for effective communication.
